Shawn was very efficient with the financial paperwork. My only issue was with the facility itself. Driving lanes through the lot were very tight; parking spaces were hard to find; customer lounge was quite small and crowded; bathroom facilities were too few resulting in lines outside the single-person bathrooms. There also appears to be a bottleneck occasionally went dropping vehicles off for service---the single lane entrance is backed up during peak periods. More
