To start our salesman was not communicating very well… we wanted to look at a van and the first one they tried to show us was having “ mechanical” issues. That was the first red flag. We were told they have wanted to look at a van and the first one they tried to show us was having “ mechanical” issues. That was the first red flag. We were told they have the same one just different color and they would pull it around. After waiting about a hour and 45 minutes we decided we were going to leave. I decided to text the salesman and ask if everything was alright? He replied he had to go to another dealership to get it. It would have been nice to know before hand instead of waiting around with no information for 2 hours. After we finished the test drive and finance we were told by the salesman that we would get the $400 dollar payment we wanted but it would be right at $400 I said that was fine I just absolutely didn’t want to go over that. After that we were told we were good and that they would call us into the office to finalize everything in “ just a minute” again about 2 hours later the salesman came back and asked if we still haven’t been called back I explained no and was frustrated. He went back to talk to them and then they called us back. When we got to the office the price of $400 was not what they had written down it it was $150 over the $400 we were told we could do. We still got the van but don’t waste your time. One it’s will take HOURS and I understand it’s a process but we had the trade in appraised and the application done before we went in. And also they low ball your appraisal I asked for at least $2000 more on it since Kelly blue book was offering $6000 more and another dealership offered $4000 more they didn’t even physically look at it, they just had me send pictures over the phone. They lie to you, they don’t care as long as they get paid. On top of it didn’t even fill the tank or anything. Plus the parking situation is absolutely horrible don’t waste your time here. Just go to another dealership. More

Ardallion didn't actually show up the day i came to drive the vehicle and dow paperwork. I worked with Riccardo Morales, who by the way was very responsive and accommodating. They have a lot of people involved to do a sale. We were able to complete most of the pre sale process before committing to traveling 450 miles for the paperwork process. The paperwork process took over 2 hours to complete, hard to imagine the time required to do the whole process in person. They did agree to take care of an incident that occurred during the detail/wash process. All in all, was a good transaction considering it was a long distance transaction. More

Highly recommend to friends or family. I purchased a 2023 Jeep Compass Latitude in which had some issues/a rough initial experience with everything. The first 5 days of ownership, it was i I purchased a 2023 Jeep Compass Latitude in which had some issues/a rough initial experience with everything. The first 5 days of ownership, it was in the shop! I came back this evening where The sales manager Martin, customer service rep Noel, my service advisor Deven and my salesman Jordan made things right by swapping vehicles. The original vehicle was experiencing major vibrations and shakes at multiple speeds and was not operating like a vehicle with 20miles on it should. I was swapped into the exact same vehicle, model, trim and options which operates amazing to say the least. The service department went above and beyond by trying to diagnose the issues with the first vehicle in which they put me up in a loaner vehicle each time i came back. I am extremely satisfied now and i cannot wait to come back for my first oil change! To everyone that helped me with this issue, THANK YOU for your patience and understanding and your out of this world customer service!! I am so so happy and cannot wait to rack some miles onto this vehicle! Thanks again. More
