We had really bad experience(s) while buying Palisade from Pride Seekonk. 1) Unrealistic trade-in value: I provided them all the info regarding my trade-in car(VIN, mileage etc.,) before I drove an hour from Pride Seekonk. 1) Unrealistic trade-in value: I provided them all the info regarding my trade-in car(VIN, mileage etc.,) before I drove an hour to their showroom. When I talked on phone, they agreed to honor the price range on pride seekonk website. After going there, they quoted $10,000 lesser than limit given by kbb, carmax etc., 2) One person handled sales, finance and even tech support. He was also overloaded with multiple clients. This in turn lead to extreme delay in the car delivery. We had to stay back until 8pm to sign all the papers. 3) Limited loan options with 2% higher than other lenders. If you are living far from this dealership, you better be prepared for multiple trips to save some money. 4) Absolutely no follow-up/communication after selling the car. Registration transfer is NOT done even after four days. Tried contacting them to reimburse my inspection fee after sending them the copies of the vehicle inspection but no response. More
