If you looking to buy a car and want to negotiate with this dealer over the phone regarding prices and inventory, please don't waste your time. This dealership has no clue what is in their inventory so this dealer over the phone regarding prices and inventory, please don't waste your time. This dealership has no clue what is in their inventory so if you call and they say it's in stock, they are lying. Due to Hurricane Sandy, I lost my car and was urgent to get into a new one. I already did my research on what model and color car I wanted and Paragon offered a decent deal so I made an appointment to test drive a coffee color Honda CRV EXL with Nav. They said they are bringing it down and will be ready by the time I arrive. I live in Brooklyn so I had to borrow a car from someone. Once I arrived, I waited over 30 minutes to speak to someone and another hour for them to tell me the car I wanted wasn't there, and was on it's way from Brooklyn. (which is a lie). We were there for 3 hours and still the car hasn't arrived so we filled out the paperwork, PAID THE DOWN PAYMENT, got the insurance done and they changed the VIN number 3 times cause they didn't know the correct VIN number. THIS PLACE HAS ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE ON WHAT THEY HAVE IN STOCK. And finally I was told that it will be in tomorrow morning and sales rep said he will make sure it's ready. The next morning, I took a 2 hour train ride there, and guess what? They didn't have the car. If they knew this, why did they make me take a 2 hour train ride? not only they didn't have the car, they forced me into a car that I didn't want. And after waiting another 3+ hours and due to the urgency, and many errands I had to take care of due to the storm, I walked out with a car which already had over 10 miles on it, a dark grey with grey interior. Opposite of what I wanted which was suppose to have a black interior. I kept in communication with the sales rep, but he didn't care, they already got the sale, so I wrote to the General Manager Brett, I sent him an e-mail regarding my situation, and didn't get any response back. This place couldn't even put my old plates on the car, not only my insurance was changed 3 times, now I have my old plates on hand, no insurance on the totaled car from the storm, so now I have to deal with an insurance lapse. Stay away from here and go somewhere else that will at least not force you to come in the next morning and lie saying the car is ready when they know I was suppose to take a long train ride there. I could of went to a Honda dealer walking distance from where I lived and saw the car I wanted, but Paragon really took advantage. So if your a hurricane victim, this place will make your life worst. I wasted 2 days to get a car I didn't want and every day I think about what kind of people will do this to victims of a hurricane, and not even say they are sorry or offering alternatives, or help after writing to everyone. People I dealt with is April, Ariel, Bud, and a finance manager who tried to pull a quick one at the end after all this. Unbelievable. More

I hated car shopping But when i visited Paragon Honda, I've had a wonderful experience, finding my car. A 2012 Honda Fit. After speaking with Stephanie Jay of the Acura side of the business, she suggested speaking to Shawn Brown and Ariel Munoz of Paragon Honda. Not only did Stephanie take time to listen to my actual needs, the business, she suggested speaking to Shawn Brown and Ariel Munoz of Paragon Honda. Not only did Stephanie take time to listen to my actual needs, but she sent me over to other staff that seriously had their facts about the vehicle. I left with a lease on a CRV and I couldnt be more happier with both the treatment and the work they put in to get me what I believe is the best deal possible given my not so excellent credit score. I left very much pleased. More

Next stop will be Paragon's service facility visit to pick up a late arriving optional item and an extra valet key, and a revisit with Elsie to go over again the vehicle's technical features with my spouse. I have been dealing with Paragon Honda for almost 4 years now and I must say they are the best Honda dealership you can deal with. I called Paragon Honda and spoke to Justin Hili, the sales manager and told now and I must say they are the best Honda dealership you can deal with. I called Paragon Honda and spoke to Justin Hili, the sales manager and told him what my wife was interested in buying. I went with my wife and Justin hooked us up with salesperson Ariel Munoz. I must say that that Ariel is a prime example of what a salesperson should be. He was very informative, professional, courteous and on point. Justin Hili and Ariel Munoz got us a great deal on my wife's new Civic EX. Justin is also a prime example of what a professional sales manager should be. Ariel made sure that the whole deal went smoothly. Ariel also made sure that upon picking up the car all was well. He explained to my wife all the features and accessories. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to Ariel. More

I went into the dealership with the intention of financing my 2008 Honda Pilot (orginally leased from Potamkin Honda). I called in to Paragon, as it is my new dealership and spoke to a woman named J financing my 2008 Honda Pilot (orginally leased from Potamkin Honda). I called in to Paragon, as it is my new dealership and spoke to a woman named Jennifer who was very nice and professional on the phone. She set my appointment up with Mr. Ariel Munoz. Ariel met me at the door when I arrived and was very curteous, professional and anything but intemidating. My family was with at the time of the sit down and he was very welcoming of them as well. We sat down and I explained to him what I wanted to do and why and he gave me a good explanation as to why it was better to lease a new vehicle rather than finance my old one without a down payment (confirmed later by financial numbers). He worked a good deal for me on a 2011 Honda Pilot EX-L with Navi! The sit down with the financial person was however, upsetting. There was never a mention of sales tax being included in monthly payments. The person raised my monthly rate by about $60.00 per month. At that time I was ready not to sign by Ariel came back in and pretty much saved the day. So please, make sure there is clarification with EVERYTHING. Other than that, I had a pretty good experience with Paragon Honda. I recommend. More
