Horrible experience. Ismael (salesman) is the worst. Lied multiple times and then went to hid behind his boss when called out. And then said "oh yeah you will get that. Just need to call ford. The number is on the website". I bought a Lightning and they didn't even know about the EV tax credit they had to fill out. Once again said i had to go thru ford. Why are buyers educating management on purchase requirements. More
