This was the second car that I have bought from Thompson and both times I was treated well. Extremely disappointed. Felt we were not treated well at all. Will not ever contact them again.My son was given a time & day to meet with Art-my son made it clear he wanted to purchase the car. We drove 1 all. Will not ever contact them again.My son was given a time & day to meet with Art-my son made it clear he wanted to purchase the car. We drove 1 1/2 hours to get there-I called & asked if I could get a message to Art that we should be there in 10 minutes. The person who took the message said she would get it to him. When we arrived we were met by someone not Art, I seem to remember he said Bill but not sure. When we explained why we were there he said the car had been sold-either the previous night or that morning. Then kept trying to sell us a much more expensive car. Did not appreciate that. Why did NO ONE call or email my son that the car was sold??? We would have understood-but no one let him know. Even when I called to say we would be a few minutes late, NO ONE said anything!!! We drove 1 1/2 hours to be treated very poorly. We will NEVER refer anyone to you or return ourselves. All it would have taken is to contact my son to say it was sold-we get that things happen that way but we expected some consideration for our time. More
