Brought my 2022 Highlander in for the 30,000 mile service. It needed new tires, so I bought new tires with a 2024 Venza attached. Tim, Sonia and AJ did their best to get me a good deal. I was recommended by a family member to take my car for a full detail at Beaver Toyota because of their reputation and the fact that they are an established dealership so if I encountered any issues I would full detail at Beaver Toyota because of their reputation and the fact that they are an established dealership so if I encountered any issues I would be able to get management involved to resolve them. Was told it would be $200 and take 2 1/2 hours to complete, I dropped my car off at 9am and the car was not ready until 1:30pm. I never got any updates or was contacted about the status of my car until I called around 1pm. I was not shown my vehicle until after I paid. During payment my advisor was quoting me $500 to fix “missing paint” on my roof which I thought was weird because I was only aware of a very small area about 1inch big where some paint was missing before the service. He also informed me he had called Honda to see if there was an extended warranty to cover the cost of the repair because this is a “known issue” with my make and model. When I saw my car immediately I noticed a large area of paint was missing on my roof. The advisor said it was because I already had a small spot of missing paint and it is what it is basically there’s nothing they could do. I was left speechless and stunned in the parking lot and went inside to speak to Scott who was a manager on duty. He explained that they do not use a pressure washer to detail cars they just spray it down and that they didn’t do anything to cause my paint missing from my roof and it’s my responsibility to fix the damage they caused. I’m a young woman who always has a hard time a dealerships, always getting taken advantage of, so I called a family member to come help me with my situation at the dealership. We inspected the car on the lot, had not driven away, and we both noticed the following items still dirty after a complete detail; door jams, floorboards, cupholder, stains on seat, and of course the missing paint on roof. Management, Scott, was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional, speaking to us in a condescending, disrespectful, arrogant manner. Ultimately there was no resolution, no refund or coverage for the damage on my vehicle. Scott would not provide the dealership insurance for us to file a claim because he stated they only do that for damage over $4,000. Overall, I’m extremely unhappy with the service provided and I will never recommend Beaver Toyota to any of my friends or family. This is such a disappointment because it was so highly recommended to me because of previous experiences and I fully trusted this dealership to treat me and my car with the same respect and care as they had done for my family before. More

Bought a vehicle 4 weeks ago. Buying process was flawless and great. Vehicle had 1 key and was promised they would get me another one. 4 weeks of calls and texts and they finally Buying process was flawless and great. Vehicle had 1 key and was promised they would get me another one. 4 weeks of calls and texts and they finally ordered a key for it. Went in today for the key to get programmed. Sat around for 2 hours to be then told they couldnt find the key that was ordered. So the customer service guy in me thinks well they will top my tank off or wash the car to compensate. Nope park it out front and have a nice day. We will mail you the key when we find it. Then I get to head over to another dealership to get it programmed. Major Fail by the service dept UPDATE****** What a clown show this service dept is. Remember the were going to WOW you....oh I got wowed this morning alright. Took the spare key over to Fields Cadillac. They were beyond amazing. Come to cash out and call Beaver to get the payment. Because the vehicle and service were in my mind the $16 of tax on the bill. I was told the service guy said it was the principle as to why he didnt want to pay the tax. So after driving all the way to xx Aug last week and getting jerked around for a lost key. Wasting gas and time. Yep I paid the $16....So yes when I say me not doing business with you is certainly due to the principle. More
