Arthur was available for me to ask a few questions. He was able to upload my VIN to give me more specific answers, which was appreciated. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Service was performed but took much longer than it should've Went in for the "Quick Lane" lube express. I was told it would take about an hour. Had a coupon, Synthetic oil change $65. I think it was a Tues ar Went in for the "Quick Lane" lube express. I was told it would take about an hour. Had a coupon, Synthetic oil change $65. I think it was a Tues around 10am. There were 2 other people waiting for their vehicles. After an 1 1/2 hours I asked if it was ready. Reply; "It should be right down." After 2 1/2 hrs I saw my truck sitting in the pick-up area. I asked again and was told "we're working on the paperwork, they should be right with you". That took another 1/2 hr. Altogether the "Quick Lube" took 3 hrs ( was told new computer system and the regular guy quit) and it cost $92 (coupon was for 5qts, my truck takes 7qts. (They charge $10qt) Would've been faster, cheaper and much closer to go to Jiffy Lube. More

Art and his service team are the most professional group of individuals that I have ever encountered. Art is extremely customer oriented and honest. I purchased a new 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn that ne of individuals that I have ever encountered. Art is extremely customer oriented and honest. I purchased a new 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn that needed to have some factory defects corrected. I am very pleased with the way I was treated by Art and his team. Art showed genuine concern for my service needs. I've had experiences with quite a few dealership service departments in my lifetime and Art runs his service department above all others, in a way that puts the customer's needs first. Art even kept in communication with me about my upcoming service visit on his own time on his day off! I'm very impressed. More
