I love Ash and have leased 4 cars from him - he’s the best. I bought a tire protection pkage though and when I needed to use it I got the runaround from a woman in Service and was told she had no idea if best. I bought a tire protection pkage though and when I needed to use it I got the runaround from a woman in Service and was told she had no idea if my tire was covered and it would be a month to replace it…and she didn’t have a very nice attitude either. I happily kept buying from Wayne even though it’s 50 mins from where I live and they have always been excellent before but this is very discouraging. Mazda Morristown has been great and gave me an appt the next business day. I have had to wait and the Portfolio tire package made them jump through hoops but I’m thankful they were willing to jump and very happy with Greg in Service. More
