Thank you Asher Puri for taking my grievance seriously and resolving it quickly, fairly, and to my satifaction. Honestly, had I realized Asher was the business manager, my issue probably would've been resolved a lot quicker. Sunny is a great salesman. Even after my purchase, he's helped answer questions and researched a few things for me. Lincoln and Brian were great to work with as well. We all could have avoided the issue had we done our due diligence, but mistakes happen and Germain takes their mistakes seriously.
