We went in initially for a Prius Prime that was already reserved but we didn't know. Ashley was super patient with us, going over everything and trying to give us options. Unfortunately, we didn't find anything else we wanted and were disappointed because Ashley was so great and we really wanted to give her business. She asks great questions so she can really tailor what she's trying to do to fit what you need and are comfortable with. Made us feel very comfortable. She called the next day because the Prime reservation fell through and was able to get things moving super quick for us. By the time we got to the dealership, all we had to do was get car insurance and wait for the papers to sign. 1.5 hours total at the dealership! More
