I wanted to take some time to show my appreciation with the purchase of my second Volvo. Both my C40 and XC40 Recharge EV's are both great vehicles and fun to drive. Ashley was my Product Specialist whic the purchase of my second Volvo. Both my C40 and XC40 Recharge EV's are both great vehicles and fun to drive. Ashley was my Product Specialist which describes her position perfectly. From start to finish it couldn't have gone any better. Ashley even staged a surprise when I brought my wife to pick the C40 in front of the dealership with a big red bow on the hood. I've heard of this in the past when done to other customers , but when it's done to you it has a special feeling and a smile that is unique. Then to add to the excitement we worked with Howar in the finance department. What made Howar over the rest is when it came to the closing he also went above and beyond. Howar made what used to be a small headach to a much better experience. I made a request to do a favor when it came down to transfering the license plates which was in storage for 5 months to getting them active once again for sentimental reasons. I know I couldn't have done that on my own. So I want to thank both of these two "A" team duo's for the memory of this purchase for years to come and with future recommendations for years to come.
