I had a great experience at Mazda of Wellesley, and I especially want to recognize DJ for his outstanding help. My wife and I came in after our car was totaled in an accident about a month ago, which was especially want to recognize DJ for his outstanding help. My wife and I came in after our car was totaled in an accident about a month ago, which was already a stressful situation, but DJ made the process much easier. From the start, he was welcoming, patient, and really took the time to listen to what we needed. He never rushed us or pressured us to make a decision. He went back and forth with his manager multiple times to genuinely try to work with the offer we had in mind, which I really appreciated. We ended up visiting several other dealerships to compare options, and when I came back to Mazda of Wellesley, it was because I truly felt comfortable and respected - not pressured at all. That says a lot. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, attentive, and easy to work with, I highly recommend asking for DJ. Thank you for making a tough situation much more manageable. More
