I would not recommend to anyone. I have had issues with the truck I bought from you since day one. I was told and assured the the previous owner was a non smoker. That was a lie. Wit I have had issues with the truck I bought from you since day one. I was told and assured the the previous owner was a non smoker. That was a lie. Within two days of having my truck the smell of smoke was almost nauseating. There we parts on the truck that needed to be fixed. Never were addressed. My truck just spent a week at my local dealer getting fixed. All the things that your dealership not only didn’t fix but just overlooked. The transmission needed reflashing, a side badge was coming off, one of the running boards needed rep and the keyless entry pad was non functional. All fixed by my local dealer. I almost forgot to mention there’s no haggling. You overpaid for the vehicle at auction, prices were dropping and not one cent was negotiable . I drove three hours to buy a truck that needed repairs. I feel taken advantage of and now will be stuck fixing this truck to get it all right. Not to mention also spending a nice chunk of change to try to see if a professional interior detail will help the smell any. Hopefullly someone will read this and maybe do something. My hopes are not high. All the repair work I mentioned is now documented so if you think I’m full of xxxx, please go look it up. Lastly, I had to practically beg to get floor mats for the truck I purchased. You sell trucks with no floor mats?! Comes as a part of the new vehicles that are on any lot. They finally sent me some. Service team excellent! Sales team 0 they seemed uninterested and left myself and another customer waiting over 20 min I finally left. This is the second time this has hap Sales team 0 they seemed uninterested and left myself and another customer waiting over 20 min I finally left. This is the second time this has happened. I am in the market however your sales team needs training. Last time same thing he said he would get a key and came back with another trucks key I didn't want to see. We waited in the heat over 20 min just to see a truck I did not want to see. The lady at the front was friendly but said she only answers the phone when asked if you had a show room. I love Ford! When it comes to buying I would visit another Ford for buying and you guys for service. More

just now NEW I recently purchased a used 2021 X5 with 48k miles (paid over $40k). As soon as I took the delivery, I felt strong vibration on the steering wheel and chasis (when braking). I took the car t 48k miles (paid over $40k). As soon as I took the delivery, I felt strong vibration on the steering wheel and chasis (when braking). I took the car to two different shops and I was told that both front and rear rotors were lipped, so they need to be replaced. I called Mall of Georgia Ford (talked with 2 sales managers) to see if they could contribute to the cost of the repair (paying for parts or labor) and I was turned down. It is sad to see they don't stand behind what they are selling. Note: The car had a few other problems but I knew them before I purchased them More
