Highly Satisfactory I bought my used RAV4 from Toyota of Braintree six years ago and have not taken it anywhere else for service. Immediate action taken to analyze problem I Brought truck in with no appointment. They took it immediately and put it on a lift. The mechanic and service rep brought me into the shop and show I Brought truck in with no appointment. They took it immediately and put it on a lift. The mechanic and service rep brought me into the shop and showed me the problem. Since it was an exhaust problem needing welding they referred me to a shop that could take care of .. I was out the door in about 20 minutes and they did not charge me anything for the diagnosis. It doesn’t get much better than that. More
