Sure I asked for this service, but what have I missed? What’s next? When starting and driving my Honda, how can it’s performance be optimized? I even mentioned an extra glitch and the service tech said, “Let’s start with this.” We never circled back to readdress. Overall, I enjoyed my time at Basney and my SUV runs better because of my service. Pricing is reasonable. I was glad for polite service people and the comfortable waiting area with WiFi and water.
