We pulled up to the dealership at 7:45 pm Thursday night and Austin greeted us! We told him we knew it was closing time but would like to drive a pick up well story goes on the pick up wasn’t in our budget so that next day we came back and seen Austin and he did everything in his power to get us in a vehicle he took his time with us and didn’t try to run us out of the door gave us all the faxes about each vehicle. Me and my fiancé was very please how awesome Austin was and can’t forget about Tim he worked the numbers for us and did everything in his power to make sure we wasn’t leaving without the insurance! For a first time new car owner Toyota of Cleveland made it very easy and they are who we will do business with from here on out! More

Wonderful Team I found my 3rd Honda Accord '18' on CarGurus. Austin ( salesperson) meet me on the lot when I drove there for a test drive. I had not brought my trade I found my 3rd Honda Accord '18' on CarGurus. Austin ( salesperson) meet me on the lot when I drove there for a test drive. I had not brought my trade (was driving a vehicle from my company) so I went to drive car and see if we would be close to making the numbers work ( 38mi each way). Austin and Shane (Manager) were great the first night. Brought my Honda '13' the next night to do the trade. Then I met the F&I Manager Tim to do the paperwork. Needless to say I was not the easiest deal they did that day (smile). They were great all the way around. I wish all my vehicle buying was that easy. Very professional, outgoing and they make you feel welcome. Nothing but good things to say about this experience. More
