Hello! My name is Austyn and I’m a sales consultant over here at Community Buick GMC! I was born and raised in Harpers Ferry, Iowa and now live here in Waterloo. In addition to my Community Buick GMC family, I also have my mother, Hilary, and father, Tom, as well as a younger brother, Alyx! If I’m not at the dealership, you’ll most likely find me watching football and basketball, relaxing playing video games, or spending time with my girlfriend Camryn. After graduating from Waukon High School a few years ago I went to UNI for a year then immediately began working at another local dealership as a lot attendant. I’ve been in the car industry ever since! After almost two years as a salesperson, my favorite part about sales is getting the opportunity to meet new people and help them through the process of purchasing their next vehicle. My favorite vehicle is one that I grew up around, a Pontiac Grand Prix.

Just purchased a new Buick Envision from Community Buick. Great experience from beginning to end. They offered me a fair price and trade-in offer without any pressure. I had a hard time deciding but Austy Great experience from beginning to end. They offered me a fair price and trade-in offer without any pressure. I had a hard time deciding but Austyn was very patient with me and helped me figure it out. He even came in on his day off to fit my husband's schedule. We discovered a small defect in the paint after the sale but they took care of it. Gave me a loaner (a nice one!) while mine was at the body shop. The dealership went above and beyond to meet our needs and earn our business. We are very happy to have found this Buick dealership and plan to return for future purchases. More
