I went to Galleria BMW and got a 2017 Ford Edge. When I walked into the dealship, the customer service I recieved was soo amazing, I worked with Avery Cooper. After I left the dealship, I got on the highway and my light started blinking and the car started shaking, so I took the car back. When I got back to Galleria, I pulled up in the service center and told the guy there that I had just got this car here, but the engine light popped on and the car was shaking. He got an attitude talking bout I'll have to bring it back tomorrow, they were short staffed and he didn't have time to look. I went and found Avery, since he sold me the car, and told him what was going on. He got a guy from service to ride with him and look at the car. When they came back the said that the undercarriage was missing some screw and they would order them and either I can bring the car back or they can mail them to me to put on the car. I said they can just mail them. Now over the course of 4 to 5 weeks, I called and for some reason or another he was never available. So Monday April 22, 2024 of last week, up to Sunday the April 29th 2024, I had put 7 bottles of oil in my car. In that time frame my car began to shake worse and the light started staying on and not turning off, staling while i was driving to the point I almost got hit by an 18 wheeler crossing the highway. So i called the dealership, and spoke to the manager of the service shop, he said he would find Avery himself and have him call me. I called back four hours later and requsted another supervisor. This supervisor was rude and basically said Avery didnt have nothing to do with the situation and he was a sales guy, thats it.He aslo said they have already spent 4500 dollars on the car fixing it up for me, what else was he supposed to do. So I finally got frustrated and did a 1 star review. I got a call from a guy named Dale, asking me what the issue was and promised that we'll get the issue taken care of, but he need me to take my review down. I told him I would after the situation got resolved. So he did get the car towed to Laurel Ford, since it was close to me. Now, yesterday on May 2, Danielle from Laurel Ford called and said that I needed a new engine and that the car was stalling and shaking because coil 3 was misfiring, and coil one is not working at all, or something like that, but I do need a new engine. I asked her if what Galleria BMW said about the car doing that because of the undercarriage needing screws, and she said no, the engine has been having issues all along, no screws and undercarriage can cause this issue. So I called BMW Galleria so that they can get me a rental or a loaner car since they sold me the car this way, they basically sold me a lemon, and lied to my face. They feel like since I have a warranty, the the engine is going to be fixed, all is ok. They do not see they're fault and they no longer care. I can't speak for buying a BMW here, but used cars please beware!!! They well sell u a lemon and a warranty with 10 day max rental, 40 dollars a day, up to 400 dollars max.. More

The Dealership as a whole has no equal in this area. Great facility throughout. I switched from Mercedes because of the service. I have not been disappointed.. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable and and take care of everything.. If I have a problem, it would be with the sales management. I don’t believe their business model is competitive with the other BMW dealers in NO and Mobile and I recently turned down an offer to trade my BMW and buy a new model. So if I have too I will buy somewhere else and bring here for service. Hope that doesn’t happen but for now I can’t get on the same page with them.In closing BMW is a great product. More

I went to the dealership to compare vehicles on their lot with each other to determine pros and cons of different models......with no plans to make a purchase. They did have a couple of cars that I liked an with each other to determine pros and cons of different models......with no plans to make a purchase. They did have a couple of cars that I liked and I decided to make to buy there because of their level of professionalism. Avery was great and listened to my needs. He followed through with what we initially discussed and David was a pleasure to work with closing out the deal. No hidden surprises, just business with exceptional customer service. I'll be back to deal with those folks again. More
