To be fair, it wasn't the service departments fault that it took two months to fix the car since they were waiting on the part from Hyundai. However trying to get a hold of someone in service to find out th it took two months to fix the car since they were waiting on the part from Hyundai. However trying to get a hold of someone in service to find out the status was about impossible without driving there as they would never answer the phone or return messages. More

I expressed concerns to the sales people who arranged my lease about significant shortfall of the vehicle’s mpg vs the manufacturer sticker (claim: 37; actual average: 28 after 1,200 miles).
