Great job As a female I have always hated taking my car to the dealership. 1. Because I know nothing about fixing them. 2. I have had my RAV4 for two years. Always fill comfortable bringing to Toyota of Knoxville. The guys in the service department go out of their way to make sure I leave understanding what has been done to my car. They also let me know what to expect in the future. For example. Your going to be needing new brakes. That helps with the budget. More

Excellent I came in late because a dash light came on and I did not know what it was. The gentleman that checked it was GREAT.
