Best place to buy a car--best brand-Moreno Group I love that the dealership calls and basically says--it's time for you to get in another vehicle. Barry was on top of making this call--and within min I love that the dealership calls and basically says--it's time for you to get in another vehicle. Barry was on top of making this call--and within minutes we agreed I was buying a car. He sold me a car--two states away that I hadn't even seen--and that is impressive. He was so thorough and professional that I honestly thought he was a very older man, but then he drove my car out to me and turns out he's young, fun, cool to interact with yet has the professional composure of an older person. He was outstanding and very personable. More

I was given a fantastic salesperson who became as he called himself, "my own personal shopper". I wanted a specific vehicle, of which there were only 11 in the country. Barry located one immediately, but it was sold before we could make contact. After two other attempts with other autos he was able to locate exactly what I was looking for in 24 hours. Transition to my new vehicle was seamless. I would highly recommend this dealership and in particular this salesman to anyone! More

Impressive dealership; more impressive salesman This is my first Mercedes, but I'm not new to the car buying experience (by a longshot). It was a pleasure working with MBZNO and Barry Sisler. Work This is my first Mercedes, but I'm not new to the car buying experience (by a longshot). It was a pleasure working with MBZNO and Barry Sisler. Working in the sales profession myself, I can say that Barry really understands how the process can be a positive experience. I found the personalized videos of cars I inquired about to be particularly above and beyond (useful and very techno focused). I really felt that Barry acted as an advocate on my behalf to find what fits me. I'm looking forward to how my relationship will progress with my salesman, the dealership, and of course, the MB brand. More

While I have always had great service, this experience was far and above the best. Barry Sisler, was amazing to work with - patient, no pressure and really took the time to understand what is important to me as a luxury car buyer. If you are looking for a car - look no further - and be sure to request Barry. Thanks so much Barry (and Sam in finance) for a hassle-free, relaxing experience! I won't buy anywhere else. My wife had fun buying a car today Carol and I have bought quite a few cars in our lifetimes. I remember the dark days of auto buying -- when after shaking the salesman's hand you had Carol and I have bought quite a few cars in our lifetimes. I remember the dark days of auto buying -- when after shaking the salesman's hand you had to look down to see if he had stolen any fingers along with taking too much money from you. Well, things have really changed. Our salesman, Barry Sisler, was very professional in every way. And doing this deal was very easy. I came in with an idea of what we might want on Tuesday and test drove two different cars. On Wednesday I returned, test drove one car again to our house where Carol test drove it in our neighborhood. And she liked the car and that was that. Matt made certain that they offered a fair price taking into account all the incentives available to us. On Thursday we picked up our new car. As we were leaving the dealership, Carol declared that she had fun buying the car, an experience unlike all our prior experiences. Now be clear -- not all buying experiences had been bad, but this was "fun." We arrived to get our car and under wraps in the showroom is our car -- looking like an oversized Christmas gift wrapped in black or else looking like Cousin Itt from the Addams Family with his hair dyed with charcoal. Hey, let's face it, smart cars have a unique profile even while under cover. You had to smile -- especially with the unveiling ceremony. OK, it's a bit corny, but it was fun. Barry was there on his day off to ensure that all went well. And it did. Jo was our delivery specialist. She was fantastic showing us what we needed to know and helping us pair the Bluetooth on our phones. When I asked how to check the oil on a smart car (it's rear wheel drive with the engine in the back), Jo found a "volunteer" to show me. (You open the trunk, fold up the carpet, remove six large thumbscrews, lift up a steel floor cover -- the firewall, I guess -- and there's the oil dipstick and oil filler cap). We all laughed that it was unlikely that any other customer would ever ask that same question. Yep, we learned and we had fun. Whitney went through the paperwork in a reasonable time, and Carol, Whitney, and I shared our experiences at an Oberlin non-profit center. We did our business and still had some fun. Finally, as a gift, Barry gave Carol a beautiful fresh flowering orchid. This was the icing on a very tasty cake. Bernie, you've put a great team together. You made car buying fun. More
