My “get to know your car” instructor, Ben, provided a well choreographed tutorial on my car’s features- I immediately felt confident. Camren made the vehicle selection and purchase easy thanks to his product knowledge and having answers to my many questions on the tip of his tongue. Sondra and Libby kept the paperwork aspect from being a daunting process with their ease of walking me through it. Mohawk Honda- my new family- I won’t ever stray from their warm embrace!!! More

Ben was so pleasant and so happy for us that we had leased a new car. Wonderful experience. I dealt with Dalton, John, Brian and Ben. All were courteous, professional and even fun. I couldn't have asked for a better group to work with. They even seemed to like working with each other which also made it very comfortable and easy for me. I came in to maybe purchase a "certified" Honda sedan but walked out with a "new" SUV. And I am very very happy with my choice. So I walked in to trade in my old (1996) still working honda sedan. I am old and my car was old but it was a gem and I hated to see it go. I even got a litlle trade in on it, albeit a small amount but it was something anyway. Dalton eased me into a new SUV with all the new trappings and I love it (except that I couldn't convince anyone to make it a manual - guess that is really too old by today's standards). Bottom line: it was a pleasant experience and Dalton was patient as I test drove one vehicle after another. I was ready to make the day of moving from one car place to another but never got past Honda Mohawk and that is because of the wonderful staff who was present from the very moment I walked in. Kudos to all of you and especially to Dalton who even came in twice on his days off. More
