We had a great experience in the end. Our salesman was not the friendliest. It seemed as though he was pushing us to look at vehicles he wanted and not what we wanted. We had to be stern with him and what we wanted to test drive. However, Sal in the finance dept saved the deal. He was very personable, knowledgeable, friendly and straight forward. The only reason we didn’t walk out was because of him and I told him so. A+ Sal!!! More

I spent approx. $750.00 a few months ago to get automatic trunk opening to work. They replaced the trunk latch assy. I took the car in because I was having trouble with heating. Spent around $900.00 to have heating repaired. Discovered after heating repaired the automatic trunk opening did not work. Was told it was "just coincidental" that a module under the dash had to be replaced and cost another $700.00. It will never happen again at Jim Butler Kia! By the way, I bought a new Sportage from you around the first of the year! More
