It was a fantastic first experience and I drove away with a suv that I LOVE. I dealt with Ryan S in the finance department and he was phenomenal as well. I appreciated having a stress free first time buying experience so much and if I lived in Ohio this would be the only place I would purchase a vehicle from ever!!! More

Fantastic experience in Ricard Used Car Factory This is the first time I bought the used car in American. So I went to a lot of different dealers to test the car and compare the price difference. Th This is the first time I bought the used car in American. So I went to a lot of different dealers to test the car and compare the price difference. The ricart's cars look new and economical. I got my 2013 RAV4 limited in a very low price, which really shocks me a lot. Meanwhile, the Samuel and Ben gave me a lot of suggestion and patience for selecting a car. So I would recommend the ricart if anyone want to buy a used car. Only one unhappy thing happens, which I couldn't wash my car this week. Hope this will be solved soon. More

Then only issue I had was that the vehicle was already supposed to be detailed when we got there but it was not. We then had to wait while it was. It took a long time. We live awhile away so it made us late to pick up our twelve year old son, he was at home alone. They didn't even get to finish detailing it because we had to make them stop so we could leave to try to get our son. Over all, it was a good experience, they kept their word on the financing, at their own loss. Thank you. More
