Your service writer, Telma was very patient with me as I am hard to deal with do to my "condition". The service was done in a timely fashion and at a fair cost, I thought. While waiting I ventured into the showroom and was greeted by the sales and internet staff as we'd been friends for years! They seemed very busy and hard at work! They weren't sitting around. The only problem I had was getting back into my seat after. Who ever worked on my baby must have been VERY SHORT as the seat was all the way forward and they left a phone book on it.....E.B. All and all I'm very happy. My car feels better and I got a phone book. I'll see you all next time... and you better be there. :) Justin More

This was my first time setting out to buy a car on my own and working with Eniezer was a pleasure. He was very patient, I know I asked the same questions over and over again! He took his time explaining different models and insisted on giving me the keys to 3 cars and spend as much time as I needed "exploring" to make my decision. Never did I feel rushed, and after several hours, I felt confident with the car I chose to purchase. I am looking forward to having a long term relationship with this dealership! More

Fabulous Experience I've purchased many vehicles over the years from Elmwood and and I've always been satisfied with the Experience. My salesman Richard Miranda has alway I've purchased many vehicles over the years from Elmwood and and I've always been satisfied with the Experience. My salesman Richard Miranda has always been top notch along with the Ben the sales manager. Vinnie in finance is very easy to work with. Obviously, any vehicle will require service and once again the service department has always been top notch. I consider myself a particular individual and the vehicle always returned to me in perfect condition after a repair. One thing I find comforting is all the people I've dealt with over the years are still working at Elmwood. From Richard and Ben in sales, Vinnie in finance, Dede in service, Ernie the shop foreman, they've all been there for decades. I recently met Chris in parts while I was ordering something form my new truck and he was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me make sure what I ordered was correct. I recommend Elmwood to anyone considering a vehicle purchase or service. More

When my husband and I entered Elwood CDJR dealership we were greeted enthusiastically with warm smiles and friendly attitudes and we immediately felt relaxed and comfortable. Everyone we came in contact with through our buying process was just lovely, helpful and courteous. They make you feel like family for real. They are a bunch of really really good people whose primary goal is to be of great service to their “guests”. And they work their butts off to deliver. We worked with Sherman Jones and let me tell you this man listened to what we wanted and needed in our automobile purchase and delivered in grand style. He spent so much time with us making sure we got the best value for our needs I actually started to feel bad for him, but he made it clear to us that he was willing to put in as much time as necessary to get the deal done. My loving husband has always taken care of buying new cars for the fam This was my first time in my adult life I ventured to purchase a car on my own. My loving husband has always taken care of buying new cars for the family, but I decided to be a "big girl" and go shopping for a Jeep alone. I knew I was in the right place with the warm reception I received from the sales representative, Al Torres that Wednesday morning. This was not an isolated incident; all the people I interacted with from the beginning to the end of the transaction, notably Ben (sales manager) and Vinny (business manager) were also very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. With the helpful guidance of the team which showed genuine interests in meeting my needs, I was able to "breeze" through the new car purchase successfully. What a wonderful experience!
