Worse experience ever! Worse repair experience ever! Took a week for parts to come in. There was no loner car available for me to use. When employee finally called me to sa Worse repair experience ever! Took a week for parts to come in. There was no loner car available for me to use. When employee finally called me to say my car was ready, there was still problems regarding the repair, car not fully repaired. Very expensive repair cost, plus there was a price difference of over $150.00 dollars then what was quoted to me in the beginning.. When I got in my car to drive off, I immediately noticed a part missing from my car and informed the employee who asked the mechanic that worked on my car where my part was. He didn't have a clue where my part was. Now I still have to bring my car back for further repairs and to replace the missing part that was lost during the repair of my car. Unbelievable! More

5 STAR Service Where do I start, I guess I'll start by saying KUDOS to "Mr Bernard Dixson" he's the reason I drive "30 mins" out of the way to get my car service her Where do I start, I guess I'll start by saying KUDOS to "Mr Bernard Dixson" he's the reason I drive "30 mins" out of the way to get my car service here at Waldorf (Ken Dixon). I have at least 2 other Honda dealer less than 15 mins from my house. I know I'm not the easy customer to impress w/ excellent customer service after being a Customer Service Manager for MACYS, and Customer Service Lead for NORDSTROM who is know around the world for their EXTRAORDINARY customer service, so again Mr Dixson never fails to make me feel like I just left the RITZ Carlton. I really appreciate the concerns that my service provider have my car. I use to go to Pohanka Honda but now that I have Bernard as my service provider I have no need to travel up the beltway. Bernard provides excellence customer service and I have told anyone that have a honda and live Waldorf to see him when coming to Waldorf Honda. Oil change I took my Pilot to waldorf Honda for the first time yesterday. I was told the wait would be an hour. That hour turned in to two hours for an oil chang I took my Pilot to waldorf Honda for the first time yesterday. I was told the wait would be an hour. That hour turned in to two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They were VERY busy (Friday after lunch) and Bernard Dixson let me know how many cars were ahead of mine. Otherwise, I had a wonderful experience. Everyone is nice, the place was clean, and there was plenty of coffee!!! Next time, I'll make sure to make an appointment. More
