Excellent Service and Staff I own a 2015 Honda Pilot Touring. This is my 4th Honda Pilot. Bill Barbe is a really nice salesman. He is patient & and as far as salesmen goes, a ple I own a 2015 Honda Pilot Touring. This is my 4th Honda Pilot. Bill Barbe is a really nice salesman. He is patient & and as far as salesmen goes, a pleasure to work with; however to me the Service Department is the heart of ANY dealership. I will ONLY use this Dealership for SERVICE. Greg Andrews is an amazing Service person. He is always there to answer questions & makes sure I am taken care of. The other Service Representatives are also good. I have never felt taken advantage of. From the time I pull my car into the service area to the time I am handed back my keys I have never have a problem. If I do it is addressed immediately and taken car of. I would recommend this dealership. Even if you do not purchase your Honda from Millennium Honda do use their service department. More

I am glad that I drove out this far. The service here was great. Victoria was courteous and professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions and I left feeling satisfied by the experience. I intend to come back to this dealership in the future. More

Super Salesmanship For the second time in a year, we purchased a car from Service representative, Bill Barbe, and it was indeed a pleasure. Bill is a Southerner who has a friendly and non pressure air about him that makes communication and the process of purchasing a car, a pleasure. Bill was there for us in every aspect of the purchase and even secured us touch-up paint for our prior purchased vehile. We would definitely recomend Bill Barbe to one and all. He is considerate in handling all aspects of a car purchase. In addition, Finance Manager, Barbara Lane was both knowledgeble, professional and fun to deal with. She has also a non-pressure, calming effect when you go to make all financial arrangements. She followed up with us in a timely manner on all our questions, even emailing us on her day off. Overall, she also was a pleasure to deal with. More

1st Class Service I have an entertainment DJ Services company and even though I had a reliable minivan in my beloved 2010 Toyota Sienna, with 73500 miles, I decided to I have an entertainment DJ Services company and even though I had a reliable minivan in my beloved 2010 Toyota Sienna, with 73500 miles, I decided to test the market and find out what is out there in case I wanted to upgrade my existing minivan while it still had some value. Given that I had a little bit of a challenging credit history, I went to the original Toyota Dealership where I had bought my Sienna, but they did not offer a good trade in value or a decent interest rate. The following weekend, I tried a different Toyota dealership with no better result. A friend of mine suggested trying Nissan minivans. So I picked him up last Sunday to go check out the other minivans. Our intention was to go to Nissan dealership, however, we decided to first go next door to Millennium Honda. I was thinking to myself if my own Toyota dealership didn't offer me a descent deal, surely I wouldn't get anything better at Honda. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Mr. Michael Abrahams. Given my previous experience at Toyota, not to waste anyone's time, I explained my intentions and requirements to Mr. Abrahams. I liked Mike's professionalism and laid-back mannerism. He patiently listened to what I had to say as far as wanting a good trade-in value, a decent rate and an acceptable monthly payment and said if he can make it happen, would I buy. I agreed, while thinking to myself no way he could come to the figures I was thinking of. We arrived at dealership around 4:00 pm and they were closing at 5:00 pm. By about 5:30 pm, much to my surprise, and thanks to Mike's efforts, I was the owner of a brand new 2014 Honda Odyssey. Even though I truly didn't expect to make a deal let alone that quickly, I owe this positive outcome and experience to the direct effort, professional engagement and friendly and relaxed mannerism of Mr. Abrahams. Mike's friendly and welcoming attitude is what kept us engaged and interested. I must also state that I was very impressed by the expertise and thoroughness of the finance manager, Ms. Kathy Pontecello. She was excellent and had command of all financial instruments available to her and she was able to offer me a much better rate than we had originally discussed. It turns out that I had some minor issues with the roof rack not being properly installed and a small piece missing inside the van and I must say that I am very satisfied with the way the dealership, namely Nick and Bill in the Service department and specially Mike have since responded. Mike has also followed through with his promise of staying in touch to ensure that I am completely satisfied with my purchase and experience. I highly recommend Millennium Honda. Their staff, above all, Mr. Michael Abrahams, are highly professional and customer focused and did their best to ensure that my experience is pleasant and positive. More
