My daughter needed a new used car and we felt our best bet would be to use a dealer. She found a car within Fitzgerald auto malls and purchased it with a 45 day warranty. Definitely a safety concern so she immediately called to have it fixed figuring the warranty should cover this issue. That would be no. According to the manager you can not drive more than 1250 miles in those 45 days or a little over 27 miles a day. If you live in Leonardtown and work on base, don't plan on going anywhere else because you would drive too many miles. So, the bottom line is she will be paying over $400 to get her car fixed. So much for a warranty! More

This dealership was excellent. I researched the vehicle I wanted but didn't realize it was at a different location 2 hours away. I came in and got the finance started, Caroline went up the next morning and p wanted but didn't realize it was at a different location 2 hours away. 2020 Ram Rebel "Stealth Edition" My wife and I met Donna last week when she picked us up at the nearby Hyundai dealer while I was getting something done on my 2019 Santa Fe. Donna pic My wife and I met Donna last week when she picked us up at the nearby Hyundai dealer while I was getting something done on my 2019 Santa Fe. Donna picked us up in the Challenger Hellcat Redeye my wife called about and we hit it off right away, she is our kind of people. My wife really wanted that Redeye but I also wanted a new Ram. While my wife and Donna talked about Challengers she gave me the keys to a new Laramie Diesel to drive. I was convinced a Ram was what I wanted, after reading about them for two years. My wife decided on a 2020 Challenger R/T Scat Pack with the 392 Hemi that Donna went up to Deleware to get for us the next day - Above and beyond. After considering the extra cost of a diesel (I have a long commute) we decided on the Hemi Ram. I have loved the Rebel since it came out last year and Donna and Bill found exactly what I wanted at Fitz's other location. Donna and my wife worked on a deal for both of our new vehicles and our two trade in's. Donna went and got my truck while I was at work and had it ready for me when I got home....just in time for my birthday. Donna, Bill and Steve took care of us like no other car dealership ever had and made car buying FUN for both of us. If anyone is looking for a fun car buying experience with NO pressure, go see Donna and Bill....you wont regret it. More

Donna was the best sales associate I have ever worked with. She kept in constant touch with me and even went herself to pick up my car!! I love my new 2020 Dodge Challenger and Donna was so fantastic wi with. She kept in constant touch with me and even went herself to pick up my car!!
