Polite persistence paid off for both of us! I recently purchased a 2014 Silverado from this store. My salesperson Nick Barile was a joy to deal with throughout the process. I was waiting out GM I recently purchased a 2014 Silverado from this store. My salesperson Nick Barile was a joy to deal with throughout the process. I was waiting out GM on the most aggressive programs to move the last of the 2014's. Nick stayed with me and demonstrated poise, professionalism, deep product knowledge, and respect. His delivery of the truck was world-class. My experience with is boss Josh Zacher was a pleasure also. He will work with your salesperson on a deal that is win/win for both you and the store. The finance person Bob Arnold will get you the best financing you deserve and make the closing easy and not a high pressure ordeal. Lastly, I had dealt with Bill Caffyn in the past and he too will make the buying process pleasurable. I will buy again from the Lester Glenn family. I now hope the servicing of the truck will be as smooth a process. My bet is it will be! More

In and Out, just the way I like it I have always hated the new car buying experience because it has always seemed to take forever. I hate wasting hours at a dealership when I should be I have always hated the new car buying experience because it has always seemed to take forever. I hate wasting hours at a dealership when I should be on the beach. Lester Glenn Chevrolet offered me a new experience which I call "in and out in no time" As soon as I walked in I was met by Bill Caffyn who spotted me eying a new Equinox. From that point on I notified Bill that my clock has started . I wanted to be done with the process before my aggravation level started to climb. We sat at his desk, I gave him my True Car number and the monthly payment I expected and he went to work. By the time I finished my free coffee we had a deal and we were working thru the rest of the process. My new car was being prepped as I sat with the Finance manager signing my life away (actually only 6 years of my life) and as I finished my last "initial here" my car was ready. I rang the bell, drove away and got back to the beach while the tide was still going out. Fastest automobile purchase in a long time. Good work by Bill and Joe Horsfield for an excellent experience. More

He worked in a very proficient and orderly manner, and definitely proved to us he knows his job well. He was very sensitive to our needs, which means a world to us. He put us in a car which we can afford on a fixed budget. Josh Zacher and Bill Caffyn were also very helpful to our needs. When it comes time for us to get another car we will definitely see this trio, for they are an asset to the Lester Glenn Auto Group, and will recommed them to any of our family and friends. More

Unlike past car purchases, I have to say I had a great experience at Lester Glenn Chevrolet. My Salesperson Bill Caffyn did an excellent job showing me the vehicles that had the style and equipment I was experience at Lester Glenn Chevrolet. My Salesperson Bill Caffyn did an excellent job showing me the vehicles that had the style and equipment I was interested in looking at. I found him to be very knowledgeable. The Dealership tour was great--it was beyond clean and that was on a Saturday.There was no rush on Bill's part when it came to looking at or explaining the particulars of the different vehicles, nor was there the obnoxious hard sell treatment I've been subjected to at other Showrooms. From the first contact with the Internet Salesperson, to the Front Desk, to Salesperson, to the Manager, and to the Finance and Document person I was treated with professionally. I always go in myself to purchase my own vehicles, and as a woman, I've been talked down to, not taken seriously, and treated like an idiot, so I appreciated the treatment I got at Lester Glenn Chevy. I would definitely recommend them to family or friends. And finally, I love the car! It's only been on the road for two days and I have gotten three compliments already, not counting neighbors. I went to Lester Glenn Chevrolet to look at an Equinox. I had very specific ideas about what I wanted and did not want and Bill was the first salesperson in two days of visiting various car dealerships who I had very specific ideas about what I wanted and did not want and Bill was the first salesperson in two days of visiting various car dealerships who was able to answer yes to all of my questions! It was amazing. I did not feel like I was dealing with a "salesman" but rather someone who was interested in helping me find exactly what I wanted. He was very pleasant to deal with and answered all of our many questions. He spent time with us looking at all the cars in 90 degree weather until we found what we wanted never showing any impatience as we changed our minds on certain options over many hours. I feel he is the ultimate professional who takes customer service to a whole new level. Thanks Bill! More

We began looking for a new truck a couple of months ago. We came to Lester Glenn first because we previously purchased 3 new vehicles from Lester Glenn (2 GMC trucks and a Sonata). We visited the showroom numerous times and dealt with Bill Caffyn. He was extremely pleasant even when we requested to do 5 or maybe more test drives on one visit. Bill never pressured us, understood our needs versus wants and our financial concerns. He never inundated us with bothersome phone call or emails which was such a relief. Bill reached out to us when there were sales/discounts that applied to the vehicles we expressed interest in. We can't say enough good things about the type and quality of service he provided to us...never felt pressured to buy. I just gave his card to my friend who is looking for a new vehicle and she reached out to him yesterday. Thank you Lester Glenn for having such a great salesman like Bill. Thank You Bill for being so understanding, down to earth and easy to work with!!!! More
