I'm pretty familiar with VW's product, and the whole VW dealership experience in general, but after dealing with North Penn I can truly say they stand above the rest that I've seen. I worked with Bill Kurz. Bill was friendly, courteous, accommodating, entirely professional, and gave me absolutely no b.s. He earned my respect very quickly in the process and it made everything that much easier. I couldn't be happier with my buying experience at North Penn and I have every reason to believe their service department will provide the same outstanding experience. More

The sales staff, Bill Kurz and Fred Shelp, were very accommodating even when we had to wait to get the service department to fix something before we could take the car. Ken Benton and Jorge Campacci are the teams TOP PERFORMERS (and James Wilkie) like the star players on a national football team. They understand my financial limits and work with me to solve my service issues to keep my GTI on the road. They go above and beyond to make sure I know that VW is like no other car manufacturer. I can't express enough how much they treat meet like a valued customer and find ways to help me to keep my costs to a minimum. The knowledge that they and every person I've met at NorthPenn tells me that they not only love their jobs but strive to be among the best. They take great pride in their dealership and their work. Ken Benton always explains what they service on the car and what steps I should take to keep maintenance up and to keep costs down. I was totally stressed out about my up coming PA inspection because of the high mileage I drive a year, Ken took the initiative to make sure everything got done that was needed and kept costs to a bare minimum. Trust and overall experience. North Penn had a great car which was exactly what I was looking for and they didn't give me any problems. At no time did I feel like they didn't treat me like a person. Customer service was top notch and their online reviews will only validate my statements.
