Father of two veterans and a Patriot Guard Rider. I hit the ball too many times while playing golf but do it weekly anyhow. I have 2 grandchildren by my stepson and 2 from my 2 daughters. The best part about my job is helping those that don’t think they can get a car and calling them and asking when they want to pick up the new automobile. Love Metro Ford and Love my customers. Even the grumpy ones.

My review I have never bought a vehicle from Metro Ford and they treated me like a longtime friend. The salesman didn't hound me and let me look at my own pace. I have never bought a vehicle from Metro Ford and they treated me like a longtime friend. The salesman didn't hound me and let me look at my own pace. Once I made my selection he went over the features and discussed costs. After several rounds of negotiations we settled on a final price that I could accept and made the deal to lease a new Escape. I traded in a vehicle with reverse equity, negotiated a monthly payment that reduced my current payment by almost $45/mo. and drove away the next day with a new vehicle. I have purchased over six previous Escapes from another dealer and this has got to be the best experience I have ever had. My return will be strongly considered for the future. More

When I asked about truck having fuel in it had a little bit of an attitude. Usually that is checked prior to sale and never offered to set up blue tooth info like other car dealers. I would also recommend that staff not talk about there personal life and partying on the weekends as I overheard on the very first day I came to look at the truck which was a Sunday. Not very professional. More

Really good people to deal with. Had a really good experience working with Tony and Dave. No pressure sales and very fair pricing. Everyone one was very friendly and helpful.
