I noticed an automated check-in and display board; the increased transparency is good and probably improves efficiency too. Bill was nice enough to look up an online service coupon, to get closer to the usual oil-change price that I'd been paying for this service. Bill and team met their time-to-complete estimate. They did find a few extra work items; Bill was knowledge-able in explaining them to me, with ballpark cost estimates. He was friendly enough that I was able to sound out my position of delaying them until later, since I might be selling the car soon. More
