I'll admit car buying is not my favorite task. That is why I've procrastinated buying a car for about 3 months now. I inquired about a pre-owned Honda Civic online and the next morning I received a call from the internet specialist Nicole. Nicole was very professional and had a no pressure sales approach. As we conversed I felt Herb Chambers would be the right place for me to start my car buying journey. As I entered into the facility I was greeted by not one but several individuals. Maged in sales also had a low keyed, cheerful demeanor, no pressure sales approach. Maged continued to share his knowledge with me and I was impressed Maged took the time to answer all my questions and I didn’t feel like I was rushed to make the purchase. Then I met Bill in finance, who also spent an exuberant amount of time disclosing all financial information to me. Now I'm thinking this is where they sell me all the extras. Bill educated me on the extras and allowed me to make a no pressure decision by showing me examples and options that would benefit me. One week later I’m am still elated about my purchase, I have no buyer’s remorse...had a great experience...Smile priceless!!.Thanks for making my car purchase a journey not a task. It was nice to laugh through making such an important purchase. Just this afternoon I referred Herb Chambers & Maged to a friend. More

My wife and I visited your showroom on 10Feb13 to test drive a Crosstour. We were immediately greeted by Lauren Surowiec who followed-up with me regarding providing me an internet quote and for schedulin drive a Crosstour. We were immediately greeted by Lauren Surowiec who followed-up with me regarding providing me an internet quote and for scheduling a day/time to come down for the test drive. Upon arrival, Lauren referrred us to one of your sales agents, Mohamed Hussain, who we spent the next several hours test driving the Crosstour and Odyssey. We ultimately decided to purchase a 2013 Odyssey. Mohamed managed the negotiation process very well between us and his Sales Manager. We both left feeling that a fair deal was made with regard to our trade-in against our new Odyssey purchase along with working with us on discounting some of the many options and accessories we decided to purchase. Both Lauren and Mohamed were a pleasure to deal as was Bill Panaccione regarding financing options. We recieved a prompt follow-up from Michael Krawczyk, Business Development Manager to make sure we were happy with the service we recieved. We took delivery of our new Odyssey 2 days later as planned. Mohammed ensured that our new van was absoultely flawless when we took delivery and that all options purchased were properly installed. Samantha Elias, Delivery Specialist, reviewed all the features of the car and helped set up the Nav and voice command system. My wife and I look forward to having many years of trouble-free maintenance with our new van and having it serviced with you. All were very prompt, friendly helpful, professional and easy to deal with (no pressure/stress). We won't hesitate to purchase another car from you in the future and to recommned you to our family and friends. More

I have had numerous visit to this dealer between service for my existing vehicles as well as purchasing a CPO vehicle. They are very competitive in pricing for their vehicles and very honest in the whole s for my existing vehicles as well as purchasing a CPO vehicle. While looking for a new Odyssey, we first checked out all the dealerships on the internet and were able to view the new vehicle stocks and Herb Chambers had the largest selection. We then shopped around at the dealerships on the internet and were able to view the new vehicle stocks and Herb Chambers had the largest selection. We then shopped around at a number of Honda dealerships. Herb Chambers of Seekonk turned out to the best for not only price, but for service too. Our out-the-door cost, considering the price of the new vehicle and our trade-in was lowest at Herb Chambers. That price was only the beginning of this great buying experience. The friendly and helpful service that was given to us was terrific. Our main sales person was Mohamed, who was very polite and worked with us through the whole process. He was very patient and attentive to all our questions. We never felt rushed – he worked at our pace. He took care of getting everything done, from registration, to prep and delivery of car. Always working with us and keeping us informed. The financing was taken care of by Bill. He did a great job explaining the large pile of paperwork that is required when purchasing a car. His explanations were simple and straight forward and he did not pressure us into buying all the extras. We were able to carefully consider everything and only purchase what we needed. Bill also took the extra effort with some additional paperwork for us. On the day the Odyssey was being delivered, Mohamed was there even though it was his day off. He wanted to make sure everything went well and we were happy. Kevin was the person who explained how everything worked in the car. The manuals were quite thick but Kevin was able to make sense of them for us. After that, we went out the vehicle for a hands-on training session that lasted over two hours. Kevin went into detail every feature of the car and explained not only how to operate it, but why and the best possible way to. He wanted us to get the most out of all the features and did a terrific job in teaching us. The new cars of today have lots of features and are more complicated than any of our previous vehicles; however, Kevin’s tutorial made it all seem simple. The buying experience at Herb Chambers was great and we have a great vehicle. Thank you to Mohamed, Bill, and Kevin for a well done job. More

We first meet the Herb Chambers Team on 9/04/2010 when we bought our first Honda vehicle CRV. We have had nothing but great experiences everytime that we have gone to the dealership from the first purchase t bought our first Honda vehicle CRV. We have had nothing but great experiences everytime that we have gone to the dealership from the first purchase that we made through all of the services in the past 2 years. On 9/5/12 I was caught in a flash flood. We found out that we didn't have towing or rental on our insurance policy. This in turn left us with no vehicle. When we called Herb Chambers this is when they went above and beyond. They were able to get us a loaner car the following day. We then found out that our car was a total loss. So this starts the process of purchasing a new vehicle all over again. Herb Chambers stepped it up again and made it easy for us and made it fun for our 7 year old. We give a special thanks to Scott, Maged and Bill for all there help and assistants through out this entire process. This is best dealership We have ever delt with by far. More
