This was our 2nd trip to Long McArthur after the pleasant experience we had 6 years ago when purchasing a vehicle. We received the same quality service and experience we received last time. We drive over an hour to deal with Bill Rogge and we have 3 dealers within 10 miles of our house. Not only do I recommend my family to go there, I recommend my friends as well. Top notch all the way!!

Bill was very patient and did not try to pressure us into making a decision we were not quite ready to make. He allowed us to make up our mind in our own good time. His knowledge of the vehicle was good and he was good at explaining features of it. He was also very detailed in explaining the price we would pay for the vehicle.
