My Review of Long McArthur, Inc.:
We called Darin and explained our situation. We were wanting to trade our Escape off so we could reduce our montly payment and lower our interest rate. He took our information that morning and retuned our call several hours later. He then called about an hour later with a deal for us. He made arrangements for my husband to come in that afternoon to look at the car and go over the proposed trade. My husband contacted me and we agreed it was a good deal for us. Darin and the finacial office started all the paperwork so that I could come out as soon as I got off work. When I arrived everything was in order and we were able to complete the deal within a very short time. We really appreciated Darin's lining everything up for us so that I did not lose any time. He helped to sync my phone to the car and to set up the keypad on the door. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with excellant customer service. We will recommend Darin and the staff at Long-McArthur to our friends.

My husband called Darin on Monday morning and explained that we were interested in trading in our Escape in order to lower our monthly payment and lower our interest rate. He took our information and called my husband back a couple of hours later. He said he had a possible deal for us and made arrangements to have my husband come in to look at the car and go over financing terms. When my husband went in he decided it was a good deal. Darin and the staff got all of the paperwork done so that I could come in after I got off work which I really appreciated not having to take extra time off. Darin went over the technology in the car and helped me to sync my phone and to program the door pad. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable about the features on our new car. He seemed to really go above and beyond to enable us to get the best deal we could and we really appreciated all his help. We will recommend Darin and the staff at Long-McArthur to family and friends.

My Review of Long McArthur, Inc.:
This is my 2nd vehicle purchased from Long McArthur, and I live in north-central Oklahoma. Long McArthur and Darin Lee were recommended to me by a friend, and I have to say my experience was everything I expected, and more! When I first visited, Darin and the finance department worked hard to help me get into a vehicle. A lot of dealerships wouldn't have gone the extra mile for me, but Darin and the staff made me feel welcome and took care of me. That's why I came back for my new vehicle.

I would definitely recommend Darin Lee and Long McArthur to anyone, and will definitely make the drive to Salina when its once again time for a new vehicle.

We went to the dealership to get a small car that got good gas mileage for commuting to work. We were intersted in a Fiesta. The current ones on the lot had alot more options than we needed and the lower end of the spectrum was a manual transmission. The Sales Representative located a Fiesta that better fit our needs and had it brought in. We made arrangements to test drive it and realized it would be great for commuting, but not so great for my growing boys. We considered A Focus, but the Sales Rep showed us a basic Fusion and it was much roomier for my growing boys and had better financing and rebate options making it alot more car for the money. We did give up some on gas mileage, but think it was a good trade as we got alot more room.

I have purchased a bunch of cars over the years and have never experienced a sale like this one. Darin and I worked out a deal over the phone because I am not from Saina, there was no bartering needed. He gave me the right price the first time and it took less than 10 minutes to work out the details. They also didn't have the F-150 I wanted so they scoured the area looking for the right truck. He kept me informed and up to date on the progress. The paperwork took less than 10 minutes to complete and even accommodated the fact my wife wasn't present to sign the paperwork. On top of being a great experience I wasn't a Ford guy, I have driven GM products for most of my life. If you haven't driven a Ford lately you should, if you do, drive one at Long McArthur.

Darin made our trade an amazing process. His customer service skills, by far, surpass any salesperson we have met. We recommend him to anyone buying. We traded a mustang convertible for a mercury milan and are amazed at the price we got, the warrunty and the way we were treated. the price ... amazed is too non-descript. We truly believe that this is the best dealership around and we have purchased four cars in two years. Every experience has been very easy, very rewarding and very much so an asset to our family. I have worked with Darin for years now and the service is always fantastic. This time around I told him the price I wanted to stay at, where I would like to see the interest at. Since he has sold me several cars he knows what I want. This keeps me from wasting my day at the dealership. This time it took a bit longer to find the right car, but we found it. Couldn't be happier. This is why I gave all 5's. My interest was lower than expected. My payment stayed where I wanted it, and Darin found they car that spoke to me.

Thanks, Dave, for your excellent assistance with our purchase of the 2006 Ford Expedition. Sorry we missed seeing Darin Lee, but will see him tomorrow along with yourself, to pick up our vehicle. Thanks, Rob, for your assistance with the financing. Dave, we appreciate the extra concern with the slow start you experienced with the Expedition when you went to fill it up with gas for us to take home. That extra mile means a lot in the confidence we have in the vehicle, Long McArthur and you. We have delt with Long McArthur for several years with purchases, leases and Long McArthur employees buying pork products from us while we were in the hog/processed pork business. It meant a lot to us that Darin insisted that we be taken care if in his absence. We always enjoy your newletters, also, Darin.
