I needed a car in a day and Bill was super responsive from the first email he sent yesterday morning. He found the color and trim package that I wanted when no other dealer could and sold it to me for MS from the first email he sent yesterday morning. We had the financing approved during the day and ready when I got there after work. From the moment when he first introduced himself, I felt very comfortable... that's not always a thing with auto sales staff. Bill took my wife and me on a test drive, answered all of our questions, and I was legitimately driving my amazing Radiant Red CR-V Hybrid out the door less than two hours after I had walked in! Highly recommend Bill and the rest of the staff for their efficiency and helpfulness. More
