We had the pleasure of purchasing a minivan from Bill. We had spoken with once about what we were looking for, and they did not have anything at the moment. But a short time later they got one in, and Bill remembered we were looking and gave us a call. It was exactly what we wanted, for the price we needed. He not only was courteous and friendly in selling us a car, he went above and beyond to help us find the right one, even though they did not have it at first. Then, 18 months later, our van was totaled! We called Bill again, and again he was on the lookout for us, finding us just what we needed for the price we needed. We have now had the opportunity to work with Bill twice to purchase a used van, and have had excellent experiences both times. In addition, Bill has followed up with us to ensure that everything is going well, even calling to wish me a happy birthday! With Bill and Valley Honda, we feel like we are getting a good vehicle for a good price from a good person. We'll definitely be going back here again! More

Our sales consultant, Bill Terhorst, went above and beyond what would be expected of any sales consultant in helping us orchestrate a surprise gift of a Fit. He personally delivered the car to restaurant, put a big bow on it than texted as to when it was "safe" to come out. He even video taped the big surprise! Kudo's to the dealership for locating the car in the color we wanted and getting it to the dealership in time for the big surprise. We were so impressed with Bill that even though we had an offer at another dealership of 140.00 less for the car we gave Bill the sale and couldn't have been happier with our decision. More

I just purchased a 2010 Honda Civic @ Valley Honda in Aurora. Bill Terhorst was excellent at showing me options in my price range that met all my specific needs. He only showed me cars that met these specs & didn't try to steer me towards pricier, fancier ones or on models that didn't meet all my criteria. I highly recommend Bill if you are even thinking of purchasing a new or used car. I have had my car for a whole week now & each day I realize what a great decision he helped me make. For a 1st time car buyer, I was nervous but Bill thoroughly explained the entire process, assisted in meeting my budget, answered all my questions about using this car, & has even followed up with me this week to inquire if I had further questions or concerns about my Honda. We've purchased two cars from Valley Honda. The first was a new Honda Fit and the second, about a year later, was a used Volkswagen Golf. Both experiences were great. There was a small problem with my VW after I purchased it and when I told Bill about it he took care of it immediately at no charge to me. I highly recommend Bill and tell all my friends & family to go see him when they even hint at considering getting another car. More

My experience at Valley Honda was awesome! Bill was very patient with answering all my questions regarding the Honda CR-V that I was interested in. There was no pressure to buy - which made the buying expe patient with answering all my questions regarding the Honda CR-V that I was interested in. There was no pressure to buy - which made the buying experience all that much more pleasant. The dealership is VERY impressive, the staff is most inviting and helpful without being pushy. The selection in vehicles is unbelievable and the pricing is very fair. Bill even took us on a tour of the service area and explained that due to the expansion (it really is HUGE), no appointments are necessary for service. I highly recommend VALLEY Honda to anyone interested in buying a Honda. More

Bill Terhorst is a phenomenal Honda Sales professional.    Bill is very friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and upfront.  I bought a 2008 Honda Odyssey Touring Certified in great condition at a professional.    Bill is very friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and upfront.  I bought a 2008 Honda Odyssey Touring Certified in great condition at a reasonable price.  It was such a pleasure working with Bill as he treated my family and I with respect.  He was very relatable and had high moral values --- no sleazy sales tactics.   I drove about 1+ hours from the Chicago northshore suburbs and it was well worth it.      I called Bill, he checked if the vehicle was still available.  I said I was leaving and it'd take me a while to get there.  I told him I was very serious about the car and he promised he'd have the keys ready for me when I arrived.  Bill was willing to negotiate and did so in a friendly non-pressuring manner and ended up getting for a great deal... much less than the Edmunds bluebook price.   He was upfront about everything. I would definitely buy from him again and recommend my friends to use him and Valley Honda.   Valley Honda is probably one of the best Honda dealers in the Chicago area.   Big waiting room, tons of knowledgeable and friendly staff, huge waiting room with stuff for the family and kiddos.  I've been to 7 different dealers looking for a used Odyssey and others didn't have the selection or good customer service.  Well worth the drive for having such a great experience. Bill Sexton, the Used Car Manager, also deserves kudos. Both Bills took care of me before, during, and after the sale. Great and professional dealer. More
