My experience at Fred Anderson Toyota was the best buying experience I have had out of the 10 vehicles I have purchased in my life! The sales person, Eddie Cooks, did a fantastic job assisting me with findin experience I have had out of the 10 vehicles I have purchased in my life! The sales person, Eddie Cooks, did a fantastic job assisting me with finding the vehicle I wanted and expertly explaining its myriad of features. He ensured that I was fully satisfied and comfortable with the vehicle throughout the buying process. Eddie assisted me with my trade and even helped transfer my personal items into my new car. Fred Anderson Toyota has a beautiful new facility with a top notch service department. I was introduced to Chivas Porter who has taken care of all of my service needs since day 1. He was available to fully explain some additional options I plan to add to the vehicle as well as oversee the full setup of the vehicle to ensure I was taking home a 4 runner in pristine form. Excellent overall experience! My family and I will be Fred Anderson Toyota customers for life. Thanks again! More

My name is Benjamin L. Richardson and My wife name is Jacquelin H. Richardson. I had the opportunity to be own line and put in for a quote, and Ms. Jerrica Jerdan responded to my request. On Sunda Jacquelin H. Richardson. I had the opportunity to be own line and put in for a quote, and Ms. Jerrica Jerdan responded to my request. On Sunday I decided ride to the dealership (Fred Andersen Toyota) along with my wife. We were greeted with a very warm and professonal courtsey by Mr. James David Catoe. I asked about Ms Jerdan, and he stated that she was off, and he would be very glad to help us. Mr. Catoe was very helpfull as he showed us around, and introduce us to defferent vehicles, the type that I ask about. He answer whatever question(s) my wife asked him. He was very good and we made our mind up about the vehicle and the color that he went and bought to us. My wife fell in love with it, we made up our mind right there and then. Once we saw the Camray that he showed us we decided that was it for us. The manager Mr. Bill. whom he introduce us to was also accepted by us. And a deal was made on the spot. We are very happy with our purchase. We will be glad to tell others about Fred Andersen Toyota of Charleston. More

I have bought two Corolla in the past few months and the dealership was a pleasure to work with. Eddie was my sales person and he was low pressure and patient. In August 2012 my newly purchased 2012 Corolla soon developed what was to be a protracted problem with what we thought was a starter issue...this evolved into several visits before finally being recti developed what was to be a protracted problem with what we thought was a starter issue...this evolved into several visits before finally being rectified ... Service Manager Frank made sure I had a loaner car and was at all times professional and always kept me updated etc .... another problem surfraced with this car shortly after the initial problem was rectified. This was becoming frustrating for all involved and my disappointment with this Toyota obvious. I contacted Chris Duncan and explained the issues I was having with this Corolla and he was very prompt in responding to my concern and realised I was not happy with this Toyota at all. There was a 2013 Corolla S with the same premium package as the 2012 ... with the assistance of Rodney and the insight of Bill Utnick I was able to purchase this vehicle at 0% interest and by pass a lease. Always and at all times my contact with the staff of Fred Anderson Toyota has been excellent .... a heartfelt thank you to the above mentioned staff members .... I contacted the dealership looking for a different color camry then the one i had. I was given Blake Dunn. They located a car for me, but when i went to go pick it up, it ended up being a different car then camry then the one i had. I was given Blake Dunn. They located a car for me, but when i went to go pick it up, it ended up being a different car then the one they located because another dealer stole that one under them. so they found me actually a better car and since it didn't have the navigation i needed they put one in for me. Blake and my finace person , Bill Utnick have been wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend Blake, He has been there for me even on his off time which I really appreciated that from him. And Bill spent alot of time with me on the finance part never pressuring or trying to push me out of his office with all my questions I had! I appreciate everything they did for me. Thank you guys! I love my navigation!!!! and my tinted windows i didn't know i was getting with that car!!! love,love,love my camry. Debbie Soos More
