My appt. was a 8:30am and Stephen met me in the parking lot with the car right up front. We went on a test drive with the top down and I fell in love with the car. He showed me all the unique qualities about the car and paired my phone with the Microsoft Sync so we could use the hands-free features. I requested a few upgrades to which he worked into the sale. I met with AJ to run over the paperwork and he made sure I understood everything I was signing with my trade-in, maintenance and Auto Butler (my favorite). I couldn't has ask for better customer service and honest salesmanship. I am a return customer to Bozard Ford and I will always make my vehicle purchases with the best dealership in Florida. More

A car exactly matching our preferences was found at another dealer in Georgia and had been delivered to Bozard within 36 hours. When we took delivery, Billy spent a lot of time with us explaining how to use all the fancy built-in computer stuff. All in all, an easy and friendly transaction. More
