Was never notified of service completion until multiple calls made. I was told service would be completed within 1-1.5 hrs, it was 4.5 before I received my vehicle. I missed a scheduled appointment elsewhe calls made. I was told service would be completed within 1-1.5 hrs, it was 4.5 before I received my vehicle. I missed a scheduled appointment elsewhere because the vehicle was not ready on time - not to mention I made multiple calls to department to check status at 4 hour mark with no return call. More

Ladies can get their nails done(no charge) and,or just relax with a cup of coffee( free) or watch TV while waiting in the very comfortable waiting area. We have purchased our last three cars there & have had good service there. More
