I felt like I was being nickle and dimed. I was disappointed with the trade in value I was given. I basically had to pay for the scratch repair, new tires, and the 90,000 mile servicing out o I was disappointed with the trade in value I was given. I basically had to pay for the scratch repair, new tires, and the 90,000 mile servicing out of the value of the vehicle, in addition to the small payoff amount. Then the extended warranty sales pitch to add more cost to the monthly payment. What is on the website regarding estimated monthly payments is entirely misleading. It also took 4.5 hours. More
