It was suppose to be factory certified, but while taking delivery we found that driver side rear door wasn't locking/unlocking with remote or button. Later they fixed it and it could have been better if through inspection was performed. Overall experience was great from begining to closing the deal. More

Very friendly. Billy was quite helpful with the initial sales process with most of it happening online (this was crucial for me). The car took two months to arrive (given my custom options, etc.) Throughout the entire sales process Billy kept me up to date on the progress of the vehicle, etc. Erin was excellent in going over the financial details in a clear and concise way.
