I had a great first time experience! I rolled into the service department late in the afternoon, after the passenger window of my F-150 decided to roll down and not roll back up. I new i I rolled into the service department late in the afternoon, after the passenger window of my F-150 decided to roll down and not roll back up. I new it would be a stretch for any service team to immediately respond with an instant repair just before shop hours closed, but I needed this fixed as soon as possible, as I was looking at a 6 hour drive the following day. Blake made the effort a great effort and coordinated with his department to have it turned around the next day by noon. I received the call the next morning and was told the window motor had shorted out and failed. The service team replaced the motor promptly and had the truck ready by 10:30am. I picked the truck up shortly after and headed out on my long drive that would have been miserable if not for the dedication to this service team. Thanks again for the quick turn around and Blake's superior customer service and follow through. I'll have no doubt I have found the team that deserves our business. See you next service, thanks! What sets great customer service apart from mediocre customer service is how you handle those problems when they happen. You guys knocked it out of the park making sure I was taken care of. More
