We love Priuses and there was no doubt that we would buy a new one, our second, so we had to be sold on the dealership rather than the car. With the help of a new sales person, Blake Dunn, we found just the a new one, our second, so we had to be sold on the dealership rather than the car. With the help of a new sales person, Blake Dunn, we found just the new automobile we wanted, negotiated two add-ons (satellite radio and back-up mirror, both of which were added within two days of completing sale), and (we feel) we got a good deal on the non-tradein transaction. Everyone was friendly and helpful for the most part. We did get a sense of considerable pressure to go the full route on extended warranty coverage and of an initial lack of clarity about the choices and their costs. But we returned, got a fuller explanation upon request, and we now feel that it was probably a good thing that we did take most of what was offered. We like the Family Plan service feature that is part of the built-in price at this dealership though not at the other Charleston Toyota dealership with which we are familiar. Central were the sparking personality and geuine helpfulness of Blake Dunn. We think he was really a crucial factor in our deciding to buy at this particular dealership. More

My wife and I went in to buy a car and had a great experience. We went in on a Saturday to just look around, and we ended up buying a car. I think the main reason we ended up with the car other than experience. We went in on a Saturday to just look around, and we ended up buying a car. I think the main reason we ended up with the car other than the fact that it was a great car, was we felt very comfortable dealing with the sales representative that was helping us. Blake was very pleasant to deal with and made the overall experience exceptional. From the moment we arrived he helped us find what we were looking for and was knowledgeable about their products. Everyone at the dealership was very welcoming and the customer service was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Blake and Fred Anderson Toyota. More

Just bought a 2013 Toyota Venza from these guys. Blake is new to the sales department and was great to work with - friendly, approachable and accommodating. As a young looking female I was pleased to be trea new to the sales department and was great to work with - friendly, approachable and accommodating. As a young looking female I was pleased to be treated with respect and not to feel like I was being taken advantage of. I worked with two other dealerships between SC and NC and these guys were more than happy to beat the offers from both. In the end I got the car for ~$2K below Kelley Blue Book fair price which I felt was a pretty good deal. Blake made sure I got the exact model I wanted in the color and with the options I wanted. He did not try to sell me unnecessary upgrades or pressure me into a more expensive model. I was not harassed in person or by phone or email by Blake or anyone else at the dealership, which was a huge relief because this is a major deterrent for me. (In contrast, I was perpetually called and actually lied to by the North Charleston dealership). Once my car came in Blake was great about going through the manual and operating all the new technology features. He also suggested a couple very useful add-ons that didn't come with the car after learning that I'd be using it to transport my dogs back and forth from NC to SC quite a bit. Overall this was one of the best car purchasing experiences I've had and I'm really happy with the Venza. I would recommend Fred Anderson & Blake Dunn to anyone in the area that is interested in purchasing a Toyota. More
