I am from Ponchatoula, LA and moved to the Lafayette area in October of 2021. I have been happily married for 6 years and my spouse and I have two dogs and a cat (we're huge animal people!). I am also one of the biggest car enthusiasts you may ever meet and am so happy to be in the business that I'm in. Would love to be able to return car cancel contract and walk away. Just feel like I got a raw deal. You knew going in the Nissan had had an outstanding recall on that car because of the peeling paint up to three years from date of cars production and never passed that info on to me. You knew I thought the missing paint on the hood and roof were rock chips and that I had no idea it might be an ongoing problem due to faulty paint from the factory. Therefore, I feel you should allow me to return the car for a full refund. That’s only the right thing to do.

Since we've already taken the car back and refunded your money the first time you purchased this car, before you decided a few days later to come back a purchase the car again for a second time after discussing the paint issue and the repair, this issue is not as straightforward as it may initially appear.
