I brought the Tahoe in for service because it was leaving stains on driveway. The initial diagnosis was a faulty water pump and then, on further inspection, it was learned the front shock absorbers were lea stains on driveway. The initial diagnosis was a faulty water pump and then, on further inspection, it was learned the front shock absorbers were leaking also. Martin made all the necessary repairs and worked with the extended warranty people to cover the expense. Oh, did I mention they changed the oil and performed a car wash too while the Tahoe was there? More

When van was diagnosed I had 3 persons in front of me letting me know of how important it was to correct the trouble plus how much it would cost. Left the van Tuesday 1pm picked up the van Thursday aroun letting me know of how important it was to correct the trouble plus how much it would cost. Left the van Tuesday 1pm picked up the van Thursday around 2p. No one called to let me know the status until I called to find out what was going on. When I got there I was directed to the billing clerk. No one showed up to let me know who worked on the van or if I had any questions. I asked the clerk of how long warranty I have on the work done she called someone and was told 12 months or 12 thousand miles. Thanks for the purified bottle water left inside the van. Cleo More
