Best female car buying experience I went in as alone to trade in my SUV for a new one. My husband was out of town and so was my dad. I never go alone because I worry that the sales tea I went in as alone to trade in my SUV for a new one. My husband was out of town and so was my dad. I never go alone because I worry that the sales team will take advantage of me. This was not the case at Bozard. Bo, Tom, and Patrick took excellent care of me. No hassle. No tricks. However, all the employees at Bozard, from my salesman Patrick Robertson, to Tom Reinard and Jesse Scheff, everyone of them went above and beyond to ensure I walked away extremely satisfied. You also couldn't find better owners , or people for that matter, in Letti and Bo Bozard. I'd highly recommend this dealership to every person looking for a quality car with quality care service. Tech Issues I was having issues with the Bluetooth Sync program in my truck, (it wasn't syncing correctly with my cell phone.)
