The customer service at Bozard is second to none. Living in downtown Jacksonville it would be easy to visit 2 or 3 other dealers, not to mention a slew of other repair shops, but even for something as simpl in downtown Jacksonville it would be easy to visit 2 or 3 other dealers, not to mention a slew of other repair shops, but even for something as simple as an oil change I will drive 30-45 minutes down to St. Augustine just to go to this dealership. Having car issues can be a hassle, but at Bozard they make it as easy as possible and are always willing to go out of their way to make sure that you have the best experience you can possibly have. Whether you are purchasing a vehicle or getting one serviced, you are wrong if you are not going here. More

My brother had just moved to St. Augustine and had to return back North, he said that he was having problems with his truck and would I see about having it looked at. I had never been to Bozard Ford befo return back North, he said that he was having problems with his truck and would I see about having it looked at. I had never been to Bozard Ford before and did not know what to expect, as one could expect not knowing. However the welcome, service and attention they gave, considering the truck was from an out of state dealership was way beyond my expectations. The next time I'm looking for a truck BOZARD FORD will defiantly be in forefront. More

to whom it may concern. just a quick thank you for the recent service experience i received at Bozard Ford in Saint Augustine Florida. normally I despise car salesman / dealerships but, I found my experi recent service experience i received at Bozard Ford in Saint Augustine Florida. normally I despise car salesman / dealerships but, I found my experience to be rather pleasant surprise. My old truck a Ford F250 with 230000 miles was quickly repaired and no pressure to replace it was made. just fast friendly service. everyone I encountered said hello or asked if I had any questions during my visit. I was truly surprised when I recognized the young man from the T.V. commercials actually genuinely asked me how I was doing. It is nice to deal with a locally owned and operated business in this day and age. they actually seem to have something invested in this community,I would use them again without hesitation as long as the experience remains the same!! It is a place you could send your mother too and feel safe! More

Bozard Ford is the only dealership I've ever been to where I didn't feel hounded and dirty for being there. Bozard treats all their customers, that I've seen, and heard from friends, as family. My husband and I could not have asked for a better experience buying a car then we had the other day when we purchased a new F-150 and Fusion on the same day! We expressed our interest in trading in our old cars to Bo Bozard and he had one of his Sales Guides, Stephen Purdy call us the next morning to schedule an appointment and set aside his afternoon for us! Stephen listened to our input on options for each car and took us both directly to the vehicles we had been searching for within minutes, next thing we knew, we were signing the papers with AJ Miller and walking out the door with the keys to our new cars! Bo, Stephen and Aj made the experience easy and seamless! Everyone was so friendly and easy to talk and laugh with it made the afternoon breeze by quickly! More

As in my past 2 experience's with the Bozard Ford family, they were very kind and very very helpful in all stages associated with the vehicle purchase. From the salesman all the way thru to the finance manager and the tech assistant (who helped us "Sync" the phone) and explained the other creature comforts inside the vehicle. Everybody was very helpful and made sure we were completely satisfied before we left the dealership.. I am and always have been a "Ford Guy" and anytime I need a new vehicle, "Bozard Ford" will be the "only place" I purchase my future cars and trucks.... More
