The real test of a dealership is how they treat you after, not before the sale. Since I have just purchased my new Tacoma I must refrain from giving Imperial a 5star rating until I have experience wit after, not before the sale. As far as a buying experience, I found Amer to be an excellent salesperson. He manages to walk that fine line between making a sale and conversing in a relaxed manner.
